1. Acceptance

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the app.

2. Service description

Silent Mirror provides journaling, tarot reflection prompts, voice recording and transcription, on-device intelligence assistance (when the model is ready), mood/timeline views, and related features. You may optionally use Face ID app lock, daily local introspection reminders, and (optionally) sync backups to iCloud under your Apple account. The app is offline-first and processes data locally where possible; availability may vary by device capability, permissions, storage space, and whether models are downloaded and runnable.

3. Acceptable use

  • You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the app for unlawful activities.
  • You are responsible for the content you enter and store. Do not keep highly sensitive information (e.g. payment cards, ID numbers) in an unsafe environment.
  • The app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Consult a qualified professional if you need help.

4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

The app may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable purchases (e.g. usage packs). Payment, billing, refunds, and renewals are processed by Apple’s App Store and governed by Apple’s terms and the purchase UI. Manage auto-renewal in system Subscriptions; if a purchase doesn’t apply, try “Restore purchases” or contact Apple Support. We will not ask you to provide bank card or payment details in the app to bypass the App Store.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but we do not guarantee completely error-free or uninterrupted service. We are not liable, beyond what the law allows, for effects caused by force majeure, system limits, or changes to third-party services (such as the App Store).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
