Common issues

Recording/transcription not available: grant microphone permission in Settings and check free storage; transcription depends on local capabilities—complete any in-app resource/model steps (follow in-app prompts).
AI model not available: open Settings and check model/engine status; ensure download/load finished. Low memory or Low Power Mode may affect behavior.
Face ID / app lock issues: ensure Face ID/Touch ID is enabled system-wide and allowed for this app; try disabling app lock in-app and retry.
No daily reminders: allow notifications for this app under Settings → Notifications, then re-enable the daily introspection reminder and pick a time.
iCloud backup/sync: requires Apple ID sign-in and iCloud; sync depends on network and iCloud availability—check the reason shown on the settings screen if unavailable.
Subscription not active / credits missing: ensure the Apple ID matches the purchase, try “Restore purchases”; if it persists, keep an App Store receipt screenshot and email us.
